The 2026 Leo Awards Production Design nominees have been announced, recognizing outstanding work across motion pictures, television movies, short dramas and dramatic series in British Columbia.
The 2026 Leo Awards nominees have been announced, recognizing outstanding achievement across British Columbia’s film and television industry. The 2026 Leo Awards will be presented July 4 and 5 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
Presented by the Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Foundation of British Columbia, the Leo Awards have celebrated achievement in British Columbia film and television since 1999. The awards have grown into a wide-ranging recognition of the province’s screen industry, honouring work across performance, directing, writing and a broad range of creative and technical crafts.
The scale of this year’s awards reflects that breadth. More than 1,500 eligible entries across 19 program categories were considered during the 2026 adjudication process, with jurors spending as long as eight weeks screening and deliberating. Production Design is recognized across four categories this year: Motion Picture, Television Movie, Short Drama and Dramatic Series.
